1. Try Different Antiperspirants
All of us use deodorant, most of which include antiperspirants that will block perspiration. If you are experiencing sweating in areas other than your underarms, you can get different antiperspirant for use on areas covering the rest of your body. Try either over-the-counter options, or ask your doctor if they recommend any prescription brands.
2. Wear Lighter Clothing
If you tend to wear heavier fabrics, try switching to lighter, more air-porous material like cotton. It’ll help air circulate, cooling you down and prevent the trapping of sweat inside. If your feet tend to sweat, try some different brands of socks that can help control excessive sweating. Hyperhidrosis doesn’t have to have a big impact on your life if you take steps to minimize it.
3. Iontophoresis Treatment
Several home hyperhidrosis treatments exist that can minimize or even get rid of excessive sweating with regular care routines. One of these is the iontophoresis treatment, which consists of place your extremities in a tray of water while low-power electrical current is put through the water. It’s not enough to hurt you, but after a few treatments, you should see strong signs of improvement. The therapy only lasts between 10 to 20 minutes, though you may have to try it two or three times in the first week if you find yourself dealing with severe hyperhidrosis.
4. Switch Soaps

There are several items you can find in your local grocery store that have been said to have a number of health benefits, including aiding in reducing sweat. 6. Stay Away From Processed Food
It’s difficult to say what exactly goes into most of food these days. Whenever possible, you should try to avoid consuming ingredients you don’t recognize or trust. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, and try to stay away from greasy snacks and fast food! We all hear it time and time again, but it bears repeating.
