• Lie on the floor with both knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Place your hands behind your head or rest them on top of your head. Gently push down to the floor while trying not to lift your chest off the mat. Stay here for two minutes and repeat the process ten times.
• Sit on the edge of the bed, holding onto the wall for balance. Slowly bend your torso forward as far as possible without forcing it. Hold this position for thirty seconds. Relax and return to an upright position. Try to hold this position for 60 seconds and repeat it five times.
